Profile - Tapio Pulkkinen

I joined the great team at Digiteam in autumn 2020, starting in a sales role. I focus on helping businesses find the right ways to achieve their digital business goals, whether it's search engine visibility, a new website or an online store. It's important to find the right solutions for each business to support their goals.

I've been working in digital marketing and online business for over a decade, always learning new things and listening to customers' needs. Previously, I worked for a large publicly traded company, helping them achieve their digital marketing goals and e-commerce projects.

I'm always trying to improve myself and learn new things. At the moment, I am finishing my studies in strategic management at the University of Applied Sciences. These lessons in strategic management and service design will certainly be useful for Digiteam and our customers in the future.

What I enjoy most about my job

What I enjoy most about my job is when the right solutions are found for the client to achieve their goals and results are achieved. It's pretty amazing when you see that the advertising solutions or websites we produce increase sales for the client and, for example, new jobs have been made possible for the client. It's pretty meaningful!

What I do in my free time

I'm passionate about tennis and padel is also fun. I also enjoy photography and of course the most important thing is spending time with my children.

What's best about Digiteam

The best thing about Digiteam is the great colleagues and the nice working atmosphere created by a good culture. Everyone also has the opportunity to make a difference and have their voice heard. We also get regular exercise together and play different sports.
