Tradehit is a Finnish company founded in 1995 that offers its customers a wide range of promotional services in the retail environment and comprehensive store refurbishment services.

A wide-ranging and confidential cooperation has grown over the years

The cooperation between Tradehit and Digiteam started at the beginning of 2021, after Tradehit was looking for a competent digital marketing partner.

In the early days of the partnership, the focus was on developing Google Ads advertising. This involved analysing the company's target audiences and launching a carefully planned Google digital marketing campaign. In addition to search engine marketing, an SEO project was carried out for Tradehit to refine the company's existing website in terms of search engine optimisation.

In the same year, it was decided to start a collaboration on content production, and Digiteam produced for Tradehit's clients - RFSU and Paulig - turnkey customer stories from interviews to ready reference descriptions. After publication, the visibility of the articles was supported through paid advertising in multiple channels. Measures included Google advertising, LinkedIn advertising and native advertising.

Shared marketing calendar clarifies cooperation

The good and confidential cooperation and the results achieved encouraged Tradehit to further deepen its cooperation with Digiteam. It was decided to create a joint annual plan that would define the measures for the whole year at once, supplemented by new campaigns if necessary.

The joint annual marketing calendar proved to be a good solution - it gave both parties a clear picture of current and future activities, the budget and the timing of the different activities. The shared annual plan became a permanent part of the partnership.

New fresh and modern website to boost growth

At the end of 2022, Tradehit determined that a complete overhaul of the website was necessary to ensure that the site and content would best support the business. The new website was to be implemented with the assurance of a good working relationship with Digiteam.

Tradehit provided a good framework for the website redesign project, and the project started to move forward in a straightforward manner. Digiteam carried out an in-depth keyword research for Tradehit, designed a new visual look for the website, produced new search engine optimised content and organised a branding exercise, where Tradehit employees were photographed in the shops in the middle of their own worksheets.

The result was a modern and fresh Website, which highlights the unique characteristics of Tradehit's activities to its stakeholders.

Social media content production and management is bearing fruit

In 2023, the cooperation also grew with new marketing activities supporting LinkedIn advertising, as Digiteam started to be responsible for organic somemarketing on Tradehit's LinkedIn business page. LinkedIn was used to actively communicate current company news, recruitment campaigns and customer stories, among other things.

The new cooperation has been successful, as during the year the visibility of Tradehit's LinkedIn account has increased continuously and the number of followers has more than doubled.

Customer story videos brought huge visibility among the target audience

In 2023, a major marketing focus was also on the production of customer story videos.

The aim of the reference videos was to provide a comprehensive picture of the contents of the different services and the results achieved, as reported by the customers. 

The videos showed some of the most interesting and familiar brands. customer experiences both on Tradehit's promotional services and comments on the in-store promotional services provided to brands in stores.

Digiteam also played an important role in the marketing of the videos. LinkedIn advertising and carefully refined targeting lists ensured that the videos reached the right audience and achieved good visibility - helping to build trust with potential customers.

The goal was achieved with great success, as the videos have already attracted 1.5 million views across multiple channels.
